There is something off about him. Hlin has been following them from town to town. Sephek Kaltro never wears a coat or gloves. Never cold. There is something about him. She will pay 100 gp each to capture him before the next murder. Her motivations are just to have them stop. Says not to trust the authorities. Thinks he did the murders in Targos and East Haven as well. |
