The Story of Ravisin

Amaunator Blesses a Ruby Tier Follower

• Merken stands staring at Bardley's body and the body of the Moose, barely comprehending what just happened.Orion emerges from the woods, having spoken to Nimsy Huddle and followed the tracks. A frail small human in some kind of tuxedo holding a scroll emerges from a purple vortex.
• A large humanoid figure in golden robes with oiled-back short blond hair steps out of the vortex which closes behind him. It is Amaunator. He glances down at a scroll. Announces that Bardley recruited 100 followers in Bryn Shander and grants divine intervention in directon of Bardley's body. A beam of warm sunlight breaks through the clouds. Amaunator exits. Bradley does not move.
• Pulsing soft light emits from backpack. A naked dwarf pops out. Looks like Oobok. His severed head has regrown a body.
• It is not Oobok. It is a dwarf named Bragnar. One moment he was in a tavern, and the next in a formless void where he saw a vision of four hooded figures open a chest and a demon emerged. Then he was here. He sees enormous albino moose and the body of a dead elf. Seems unphased.

The Crew Meets Sahnar

• The Crew cuts Bardley’s hand off “delicately’ to complete the brazier puzzle, using Bragnar’s great axe. Bragnar gets covered in blood. The objects when lit burn a silver flame. The crew hears a soft clicking noise go in a clockwise direction on the sarcophagus. They rush up and crack open the sarcofigus a little bit. As soon as it clears the edge another silver light circles the lid, picks up into the sky, and then sids down.
• A mummy elf named Sahnar steps out and explains he is the guardian of the tomb. Has been some time since emerged. He explains the moon dial the Crew. Full light falls upon the inscription, a mirror inside is activated. Half light then a side room opens.

The Crew Confronts Ravisin

• The door to the tomb, which is new to Sahnar, is snug/air tight and can be only opened from the inside. There is a small hole animals can get into. Merken summons an owl named ‘pecker’. . Lots of woodland owls taking refuge. Two hallways and a mirror. Door glides open. Merken produces flame in hand. Animals become awake and alert. Merken speaks with animals. Hears caucoughany of animals. People upset they’ve been woken up in the middle of the night. Most of the animals are gone. There is one badger that remains.
• Merken interrogates the badger. Bragnar intimidates the badger and finds out Ravison is here in the tomb. Bragnor kills the badger mercilessly.
• The Crew discusses in the tomb whether they are too weak to kill Ravisin now and should come back after resting. Shortly after this conversation, Merken notices the door to the bedroom open a bit. Sees two figures, a humanoid and a smaller plant. They hear a voice say, “Are you Ten Towners?" Merkin speaks to the person in Druidic.  It is Ravison.
• Ravison casts moonbeam on Sahnar as he enters. “The Ten Towners will suffer for killing my sister!" Merken attempts to negotiate with and persuade Ravisin, doing so with extremely high skill. Ravisin demands that they tell Duvessa to come in person and Merken agrees.
• At that moment Bragnar runs in, raging, and smacks Ravison with a maul. After a difficult combat in which Bragnar was downed, Orion kills Ravisin. The shrub talks to the party in common and they name her Twiggy B. She tells the party that Duvessa lured Ravison’s twin into the woods and killed her in cold blood. Says Duvessa didn’t speak at all. Tried to kill Ravison as well, but she escaped. Merkin invited the shrub to come along. It was terrified of Ravison. Merkin recognizes berries as Goodberries. Team did a long rest.

Team leveled up to Level 4 (except Bardley who is dead, so Bragnar leveled up to 2)!
